To everyone here. You know I came on here to give what I felt was legal advice, and some understanding for the person's situation. I also gave my opinion. I am sorry if I have offended anyone. That was my only intention. I wish everyone the best and God bless.

    Hello n:

You haven't offended anyone... We just take care of this board... In most other forums, an opinion won't hurt anybody... Here, on this board, it could.

We're happy to have your participation.

The problem is that you didn't give legal advice - you gave opinion. You then criticized others for their advice which WAS legally accurate.

You keep making comments about laws and co-parenting and court, yet you seem to have completely misunderstood the OP's question from the get-go. He never said he was being kept from his child, just that his ex was refusing to be the contact for information.

You also seem to have started on the very wrong foot with the comments, "Wow You all have alot to say. Lets get back to the issue here." Everyone of us addressed the issue - you missed it by a mile.
