Thank you again, I am going to file on Monday morning I was going to on Friday, but my ex called and said he would sign custody over to me on Saturday. I got another call on Sat eve and he stated he changed his mind, but would leave son in my full care while he moves and I wait for a judge to decide on where my son goes. I thank you very much for your time, I have been and still, very worried about this and my son moving so far from me and not seeing him for months. We have been doing a steady rountine with our visitations since the very beginning, and my son will truly be heart broken and so will I if he has move and so far from me.Quote:
