    Wrong again. In the state of Wisconsin, any person paying child support receives a letter from the CSA stating that all support must go through the CSA; if it does not, it will not be recognized by the state as child support and the payee is entitled to support for that period which "nothing" was received.

    So again, you are not factually accurate. If you are going to post your own experience, then please indicate it as such. Don't give it a general "this is how is it" because it's not.
