I even responsed to what you said and it was somewhere around the last 5 pages.

Today, besides calling my friend, I sent her an email. Once she give me the information I'll post it.

EDIT: I have no problem posting the specifics - anyone who has any questions about what went on is welcome to review the thread and come to his/her own conclusions. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/other-...-256433-2.html

You asked your Attorney friend for case law on whether child support in California could be paid directly to the child if the child attends college - your Attorney friend misunderstood the question and gave you case law concerning arrearages in Nova Scotia - and you're angry with ME? I'd be furious with HER!

Is she the same Attorney who also gave you the reference to all the murdered strippers in NY and then couldn't come up with any statistics and said to research it "ourselves."

    I'm done arguing the point.

Back to the subject: I truly don't know why you are so insulted because I posted a reminder that the case law which you referenced on the legal family law board had not been cited as you promised. If your Attorney friend can't find it, then she can't and let's move on.

But if there is case law, let's post that for the benefit of other people asking the same question.
