Judy, he knew I was leavinghe is the one who told me & the kids 2 leave because the kids were irratating him so that's why we originally left.. it was after the first week of being back in my home town that he told me he didn't care if me & the girls f n come back so that's why I decided that I wasn't taking them back 2 that.. & you I should have never let them go w/ him over night & I am regretting that every second of every day

This may be true, but unless you can prove it I wouldn't mention it. Getting into a he said/she said battle won't help your cause.

This is kelli, I just wanted to thank everyone for their advice, & to let you know that the judge did award me custody of the girls. So now they are back with me & doing very well.. just wanted to let everyone know.. thank you again...

I am curious as to what the judge's reaction was to the "kidnapping".
