Well its day seven that I still haven't been able to talk to my children!! My ex husband has taken them out of daycare which was my communication during the week and now they are staying home with the girlfriend... I am suppose to pick them up tomm. At six does anyone know what I can do if he does not have them there? I have a gut feeling that will be the case. I know I can call the cops but I really want to see them!

I told you what you need to do. You need to go to court to get a formalized visitation order, that you can enforce. Then you need to petition for a change in custody.
