I would take her then since you did reply. She has to stay within the 4 topics and appeal if she can not get her whole story in.
I know Child protective service caseworkers and Judges can be evil. I could write a book on what they did to me. I couldn't get anybody to listen because they treat them like they are above the law.

I will eventually get a reply from the Manager about whwt they have decided to do so there is nothing more I can do.

More than my fair share.
They constantly lied in court. They played all kinds of games.
They sabotaged things that they wanted me to do to make me look bad then they would go into court and say, "She didn't this and that"
The one thing they did was argued with me for 2 months to quit my job so I could prove to the Judge that I had time for my kids. They said I HAD to get on welfare and be home for the summer or they would not give my sons back. Then they went into court and laughed and said, "She quit her job!" I said you told me I had to or I wouldn't get my sons back.
They ALL laughed and said, "We can not MAKE you do anything!"

Like I said I could write a book on how evil they are.

I see so you have been through it in a bad way I am sorry to hear that. They use plenty of tricks to get what they want, but they are not the Police although I do believe that there is a connection between them all in one way or another. Lawyers the whole lot make lots of money out of others misery.

This relates to one of the complaints. I sent the complaint to the Director of Social Services. The reply I got was not from him but one of the Social Workers. In this reply it said he had the complaint thoroughly investigated,and he cannot entertain that you were deliberately caused harm that led to your child's removal.

This reply was form the social worker impersonating the Director Of Social Service. It was signed the Director but I know it was not from him personally.
