Wow... just because I did something in the past doesn't meen that is what I am after now! He bores me because we don't like any of the same things. And I was thinking about it before the situatioon with my son came up I just couldn't make up my mind. I have been devorced twice and don't want to do it again so maybe no one will ever be right because I don't want to go through it again.

If he bores you that bad, then maybe you shouldn't marry him. And if you have doubts that make you second guess your relationship, then maybe he just isn't right for you.

But that is not always what the court sees. They look at your patterns... patterns of drug usage, men, etc.

They are looking at repeating patterns. Since you have been married and divorced twice, it may be in your best interest to learn how to be independent.

So then I am supposed to kick out my boyfriend of 2 years and have to move because I can't afford it on my own and suddenly be financially unstable? Either way I loose!!

Just wait it out for a little bit longer:)

But do you really want to stay in a relationship just so you can afford your place? That seems silly. Get a roommate or move to a place you can afford. It can all be done, just don't focus on how hard it is focus on how important it is to make big changes.

You have to understand that when you go to the court the burden of proof is on you. You have to be able to say I have done this and this and this and this and this all of these things show how much I have changed and what I good, upstanding citizen I am. That's just how the courts tend to be.
