No, you may file for divorce, for custody of children, and for child support

She is free to take them, you both have custody at this point.

You can not stop her now. You have to go to court and file for divorce and then ask for temp custody tlll a hearing on custody can be done

You file for divorce and ask for full custody of your children. You use abandonment as grounds for this.

You should move quickly to file before she does.

This is an International site - where are you? I am thinking you are not in the US or UK.

No, you have no grounds to sue your wife for anything but divorce/separation.
