Just so I have this straight - OP can't tell her father, a Physician, that her OB/GYN "desires" her (which appears unethical to me but, admittedly, what do I know) because her father is a brain surgeon and not an OB/GYN.

She can't tell her father about the "advice" everyone gave her about a beard and getting pregnant (or something) for the same reason.
