Dang ! That's the reason... I installed nero 7.. then went back to nero 6... I am very impressed... not only problem solved but the answer as well... by the way I have noticed that not only can I now print email... the text is properly line up on the page and not disappearing off the right side...

Many thanks again... To you all especially Sally Ann... &... Knoxie...

The problem for me is that I didn't have another computer to export from, so I risked editing the registry myself. I first used the registry editor and found that my registry was missing the last 6 keys that admin_matt mentions. I then read Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 322756 "How to back up, edit, and restore the registry in Windows XP." Using the instructions for "Locating a subtree...", "Adding a key", and "Adding a value", I was able to add the keys and fix my printing problem.

I don't know about you, but I'm not a techie by profession, so editing the registry was scary. If you want more guidance, I'd be happy to give you more detailed instructions. I'm so happy that I fixed it that I'm willing to help anyone else who has been pulling out their hair over this.

    Good luck!! :)

If possible could I have more detailed instructions as I have tried the above I seem to be doing something wrong because it is'nt working for me, I have had this problem for months now.

    Hey Hey

I'd like to thank all of the above for the time they took to share this answer.
I wanted to add because my problem became even trickier, so I wanted to include the answer for other seekers of answers to the problem.

    I had the error
An error has occurred in the script on this page:
    Res//C:\\winnt\system 32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

On a citrix terminal server. It was effecting all users trying to print html email messages from outlook 2003.

I tried the registry fix carefully without success. All users on terminal server have their own registry hive, so I suspect I would have had to change each individual registry. Not just a simple import.

Reregistering fixed the problem. Run from the run prompt or cmd prompt.

    Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

I believe the app which caused my problem was ACT Premier 9.0 update

    Thanks again

Since Icould not access Knoxie's solution, I tried the simplest first: earlier restore point (did not do it for me... ) then Johnsondata's "Run from the run prompt or cmd prompt.

    Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

    AND IT WORKED!. Glory Hallelluah

    Thank you all

:D You guys rock! I do not normally sign up for these things, in the interest of time and Spam.. ;-)) However, I felt compelled to provide feedback here. For whatever reason, I had Nero 6 and Roxio 2.0.4 (4 modules) installed. I uninstalled both, rebooted, was still unable to print HTML from my Outlook. At that point, I created a Restore point, applied the Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll fix, and voilą! I am back in business. Thanks all for you contributions to this forum!

Since the download is no longer on the site - can we get details? Or can someone rehost the fix?
