Circuit breaker did not trip

 Yesterday I was running my portable chop saw off my outside outlet when suddenly it stopped. I checked the circuit breaker for that outlet but it did not trip. I reset it anyway but there still was no power to that outlet. Does that mean the circuit breaker is bad and I should replace it? I removed... 
Does one gfci cause another to trip if there are 2 on same circuit?

 I am installing a heating system underneath ceramic tile. The system will only pull about 5 amps and I want to get my juice from an existing source. The wirlpool is on a circuit of it's own 20/amp breaker and it is only pulling about 7-8 amps. So far so good, However the breaker is a gfci breaker...

 I have a 1 year old home. The bathroom outlet is a GFCI outlet on a circuit protected by a 15 amp ARC FAULT BREAKER. Today my wife plugged her hair blowdryer and the base of the cord lit up like an arc welder. This lasted for 5-8 seconds before the cord completely melted and the fireworks...

 I made a big error today on wiring a new circuit. I pulled 2 cables (for 2 circuits) back to the consumer panel and then connected the wrong cable.
