 Where can I get a 5 wire capacitor module (GY/5R/5GR/5GR) for a ceiling fan? The module has a marking "CGE" which may the manufactures ID. It is 10 ufd/5 ufd at 250 VAC. The module is for a "Century Model 52" fan. I live in Mexico, and the fans manufacturer, and model number could have been changed...

 I have bought a FAN/LIGHT dimmer switch in lieu of the regular switch with the pull chains on my fan/light combo.
