    My boxer puppy is in heat and hasn't ate or drink any water
    She has lost weight I can see her ribs she also has runny bowl movements and has thrown up is something wrong with her

    Yes. It sounds like she's ill. When a dog stops eating and drinking, it's time to get to the vet right away.
