    Keep an eye on her. A lot of times these things pass without incident but there is a large risk of it getting stuck and requiring surgery.

    Monitor her - make sure she is eating and drinking, not vomitting, and having bowel movements that are regular and not black or bloody. Make note if she seems uncomfortable in any sense. At the first sign that anything is not 100% normal, take her to the vet to get x-rays done.

    You can also feed her some cottonballs or even bread to help cushion the bone, especially if there are any sharp edges in it. I would call your vet regardless.
