My dog is a beagle/labrador mix and today in two bites ate a pork bone, what should I do?

If the dog doesn't display any signs of choking, gagging, then nothing. The bones will dissolve in the stomach and pass making the fecal matter pale.

Was the bone cooked or raw?

How big was the bone?
If you are noticing signs of a blockage (ie vomiting, not passing stool, not wanting to eat, or vomiting right after eating/drinking, discomfort in her abdomen, etc), take her to the vet! While often these bones pass, I have helped remove more bones from dogs stomachs than I'd care to count.
