Three dachshunds learning to get along
I have a question regarding my dachshund situation at home. I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on getting three dachshunds to live in harmony. Two days ago we brought in a precious girl rescue dachshund to join our two boy dachshunds. The girl is about nine years old and is a tiny little thing with an alpha female personality. The boys are one and a half and the other is six months. The six month old has been playing just fine with our new girl. The older brother seems to be jealous by this newfound relationship. I know it's only been two days, but if there's something I can do to help the situation I'd love to try. Big brother was a bit this way when his little brother arrived, but they soon became best buddies. I know that adding the third has changed the great dynamic that they developed, but I cannot imagine our home without her now. Are there any tips for getting big brother and little-big sister to be just as close?
