How long does it take for my pet to get over parvo, while getting medical attention? She has been at the vet's office for 4 days now, still not eatting or able to keep anything down. She's been on meds and on an IV.

Hello.em,I always thought once animal gets parvo it's a done deal,I think it affects the nervous system.

You can prevent it but not cure.

It really depends. Generally the first few days after as puppy develops symptoms are really the make it or break it deal. As long as she's holding on you still have a chance, especially since she is getting vet attention, but even still its 50/50. I really hope your puppy is one of the ones that pull through. Please keep up updated.
