First, no one is "hating" on anyone. A question was asked and answered. The asker showed some vulgarity and attitude which were commented on.

Second, your advice is not accurate. Depending on where one lives it does not take a parent or guardian to press charges. If the sexual activity can be proven (like the minor gets pregnant), then the local authorities can prosecute.

I agree with you, in a few years when you are BOTH ADULT, a 5 year difference won't matter. But now it does. Frankly, parents that allow their 15 yr old daughter to date a 20 yr old, are not being responsible parents. Just because he hasn't been arrested doesn't mean he won't be.
