    Leave them kids alone
Clueless Joe said those kids are not your kids. KJP disagreed .

Last month at a teacher of the year award ;Clueless said

"There is no such thing as someone else's child. No such thing as someone else's child. Our nation's children are all our children,"

Remarks by President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden at the 2023 National and State Teachers of the Year Celebration | The White House

But KJP piped in at the GLAAD Media Awards. She said in subjecting kids to harmful genital mutilations ;puberty blockers ;mastectomies ;and chemical castrations

"These are our kids. They belong to all of us."

Both of course are wrong .
Parents are packing school boards making it clear that they do not approve of certain lessons being taught without their consent . In some cases when examples of the filth that is in the curriculum is read out loud ;the boards themselves try to censor the speaker.
    (this is must see video)

School Board CUTS Dad Off When He Reads The Very Book That Is In The School Library For 10 Year Olds - YouTube

KJP is wrong because parent or not you have no right to harm a child .

Moving on . Now the state of Connecticut has passed legislation that protects child molesters .

HB 6638 'An Act Revising the State’s Antidiscrimination Statutes' passed by 132-17 Along with the Dems a majority of the Conn Repubs voted in favor. It is a pedophile's bill of rights. People with sexual attractions like pedophilia and nepiophilia would be protected from discrimination unless they were actually caught in the act.

They are getting closer to the UN goals .

In a report backed by the UN called ' The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty'

    Principle 16 reads :

Consensual sexual conduct, irrespective of the type of sexual activity, the sex/gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression of the people involved or their marital status, may not be criminalized in any circumstances. Consensual same-sex, as well as consensual different-sex sexual relations, or consensual sexual relations with or between trans, non-binary and other gender diverse people, or outside marriage – whether pre-marital or extramarital – may, therefore, never be criminalized. With respect to the enforcement of criminal law, any prescribed minimum age of consent to sex must be applied in a non-discriminatory manner. Enforcement may not be linked to the sex/gender of participants or age of consent to marriage. Moreover, sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law. In this context, the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them. Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.

    8-MARCH-Principles-FINAL-printer-version-1-MARCH-2023.pdf (icj2.wpenginepowered.com)

Although the report does not specifically suggest an age of consent ;the language clearly suggests that kids are capable of making their own choice .

Regarding that video -- If children are kept ignorant of the good AND bad kinds of people out there, the body parts and how they work, the human threats to children's wellbeing, those children will be over-protected and totally clueless if approached by a male or female molester. I'd rather have canny children in my house and have done whatever possible to make that so. Counseling clients have confided in me about being sexually abused, when they were children, by neighbors, relatives, family friends, the clergy (!!!).

the book he was quoting from 'It's Perfectly Normal" is anything but normal .It is a celebration of deviancy. It shows a total disregard for the preservation of the innocence, dignity, and the safety of our children. It's an illustrated graphic porn book .Yeah I'm sure it's popular with kids who just read it for an educational experience and completely ignore the cartoon illustrations of human sex organs and sex positions as they read it in the bathroom.
It seems to me that the book is more about pushing an agenda .

That can be done without the use of porn.

No children past the age of a few years should shower or bathe with a parent, and especially with the parent of the opposite gender.

    From this morning's Chicago Sun-Times --

Gene Lyons: Moms for Liberty taking us back to Peyton Place

Here we go again. What we have here is a classic moral panic, a repeating theme in American public life. Remember the McMartin preschool trial in Los Angeles back in the 1980s? Bizarre allegations of satanic sexual abuse were made against a family-run day care center in Manhattan Beach.

Replete with sensational media coverage, the investigation and two criminal trials ended up lasting for seven years and costing almost $15 million — the longest criminal trial in U.S. history. A total of seven day care workers were charged with 321 counts of sexual abuse involving some four dozen children.

Prompted by true believers using anatomically correct dolls, little kids too young for kindergarten told fantastic tales involving flying witches, hot air balloons, dinosaurs and secret tunnels that children accessed by being flushed down the toilet before being abused by famous movie stars.

In the end, not a single episode of child molestation was ever proved, and there were no convictions, although some of those accused spent years in jail. All charges were eventually dropped. In the end, the mother whose accusations prompted the original probe was diagnosed with acute paranoid schizophrenia and died of alcohol poisoning.

Lawrence Wright’s terrific book “Remembering Satan” tells a similarly horrific tale of “recovered memory syndrome” that convulsed Olympia, Wash., around the same time. Father-daughter incest, orgies, unholy rites and mass infanticide — under the right circumstances, it appears, suggestible individuals can be persuaded to confess to almost anything.

If all that sounds reminiscent of the QAnon cult belief that Hillary Clinton conducts murderous satanic rituals in the basement of a Washington pizza restaurant (that has no basement), then you must be paying attention. Exactly why Americans are so prone to these repeated episodes of collective hallucination is hard to say. But fundamentalist Christianity appears to be the common denominator.

Which brings us to Moms for Liberty and their impassioned crusade against, yes, public librarians. Exactly what these women think the word “liberty” means is not clear. They are censors and book-banners of great passion and determination, rather like the Junior Anti-Sex League in George Orwell’s “1984.”

In Arkansas, near Little Rock, the Saline County Republican Women have even erected billboards declaring war on “X-RATED LIBRARY BOOKS.” Judging from the examples cited on the related website, most are R-rated at best. They’re largely earnest tomes such as “Let’s Talk About It: The Teen’s Guide to Sex, Relationships, and Being a Human.” It is shelved in the “Young Adult” section of the library.

“The opinion/instruction in this book directly and continuously opposes Christianity and the Word of God,” readers are told. The group accuses the county library staff of pushing “the LGBTQ agenda” and sneers that they should instead serve “the people of Saline County, not the interests of people in California.”

California, which gave the nation Ronald Reagan, is now synonymous with Sodom and Gomorrah among the GOP elect.

How many young women in Saline County become pregnant during high school for lack of understanding of what used to be called “the facts of life,” I can’t tell you. But I can assure
you they learn more about sex in pickup trucks than in the public library.

Seriously, how many libertine librarians have you known? A less subversive cohort would be hard to imagine.

Even granting that the institution known as “Drag Queen Story Hour” has got to be the dumbest example of liberal folly since “Defund the Police,” the notion that junior high librarians — of all people — have dedicated their careers to “grooming” children for sexual purposes … well, it’s just too silly to talk about.

Besides, if you follow the news, it’s in the churches, not the libraries, where all the action is. Scarcely a week passes around here without some preacher being busted for sexual misconduct.

Well, coaches and English teachers, too.

During my own long-ago youth, the naughtiest book I read was “Peyton Place,” the scandalous 1950s bestseller that lifted the lid off a small New England town. I certainly didn’t borrow it from the library. Paperback copies were everywhere.

The novel portrayed sexuality as fascinating, yes — also intoxicating, ubiquitous and dangerous. Kind of scary, actually. If anything, the women were worse than the men. After the lights went down, hardly anybody in Peyton Place, it seemed, was who they pretended to be.

That’s why Jeannie C. Riley referenced the novel in her classic country song “Harper Valley PTA:” “This is just a little Peyton Place/And you’re all Harper Valley hypocrites.”
I can’t help but start humming the tune whenever the Moms for Liberty take the platform.

Anyway, I could tell you what I think these pious crusaders do when they get back home after reading aloud naughty passages from library books to audiences of fellow Holy Housewives. (Assuming they do go home, instead of checking in at the No-Tell Motel for a couple of hours.) But never mind. Imagine it yourselves. I’m sure you can.

Interesting how the news story referred to her as a "woman" despite her self-confessed male identification. Of course if she/he claims to be fifteen, then she/he is too young to purchase alcohol. Hmmm.

From the Letters to the Editor section of this morning's Chicago Tribune:

    Feeding homophobia

This past weekend, we saw powerful operas commemorating the Holocaust by composer Jake Heggie and librettist Gene Scheer presented jointly by Music of Remembrance and Chicago Opera Theater. One of the pieces, “For a Look or a Touch,” tells the story of how gay people were treated by the Nazis, marked by pink triangles and sent to concentration camps.

I wish that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis could see this and perhaps understand where his “Don’t Say Gay” cruelty could lead.

Honoring the truth instead of living in a fantasy world. It just highlights what I dislike about trying to discuss anything with you. You are so driven by ideology that you have no regard for truth. When you are presented with clear evidence that you are wrong, you just laugh that off. Public school teachers in Florida are banned from holding classroom instruction about sexual orientation or gender identity after Florida's Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, signed the controversial "Parental Rights in Education" bill.

DeSantis and other supporters gathered for the bill signing called this messaging "sloganeering" and referred to efforts to educate students about LGBTQ issues as part of "woke gender ideology."

Studies have shown that LGBTQ youth already face higher health and suicide risks than their cisgender or straight peers. When those kids are given access to spaces that affirm their gender identity, they report lower rates of suicide attempts, according to The Trevor Project.
The Trevor Project condemned the signing of the bill saying the bill erases "LGBTQ identity, history, and culture — as well as LGBTQ students themselves."

There is no Don't say gay law . That is a vicious smear . There is a 'Parental Rights in Education Act'

What it does is affirms the rights of parents to be involved in any 'gender identity intervention' between the school and their child.
It bans schools from hiding information about mental health counseling and supports monitoring from parents, except in extreme cases that
would “result in abuse, abandonment, or neglect.”
Before the law there were at least 7 districts that could make gender decisions without parental consent .

The law also bans classroom instruction” on gender identity in kindergarten through third grade .
BOOOO HOO ! Is that unreasonable ? Kindergarten kids should not be taught that period !!!

As the OP says ;Leave them kids alone !

Once the law was enacted all the crazy nut job protests ended in a whisper .

"Grooming" is deliberately sexualizing and manipulating children.
This leads to distorted thinking about their identity, relationships, family, and sexuality.

.The real question is why do Dems defend it ? The real question is why do Dems become so worked up to opposition about those sicko perverts ? The real question is why do Dems defend 200 lb perverts and not little children ?

I would object equally to a female stripper performing in a library while reading books to children .
