The alleged assault took place in D.C. and not in Massachusetts. I suppose that makes it a federal offense? Not sure, but I would think it would.

Such allegations didn't matter when you picked a president or a SCOTUS judge so why does it matter now? Repubs are free to holler and raise hell over it though. Not like we didn't so have at it.

And we are talking about women who could be running with Biden as VP selection. You don't find that to be incredible???

Well the definitive answer to this question is that Quid was confronted with this accusation in the debates by the person he ended up selecting as his VP running mate . She was also one of the most vocal accusers of Kavanaugh . The Dems and the compliant press have done a collective yawn

If conservatives can yawn over dufus stuff, why can't liberals yawn over Biden stuff? The difference here though is somebody is actually taking the dufus to court. When that happens to Joe, then we talk. Until then we have only one verifiable crook in the race and that's the dufus. I think the obvious answer is dems believe Joe over those making the allegations, especially since he apologized and meant no offense. Unlike the dufus who called his claimants ugly lying sluts who he would never choose. You may not agree but you are free to make your own choice in the matter, so is everybody else, but as I said the notion of character between Biden and the dufus is an easy one for dems and some repubs.
