Presenting The First Annual AMHD Photo Competition!!
I have decided to start a little competition right here on AMHD. I will give you a picture. I then want you to alter it via a graphics program and send it back to me. Whoever does the best job of altering the picture wins the prize.

Closing date will be 1st August

The prize will be a book on the subject of your choice. We are an expert help site so I think this is a suitable prize. Say you are constantly asking questions about the internet, well then you could win a book on the internet. The book will be priced around £20-25 and I will take suggestions (although I get the end choice of prize).

    Rules:
    • Keep it clean - no swearing, no dirty material etc.
    • Original ideas are obviously going to score higher. Shoving a few Star Wars characters into the photo isn't going to win you anything.
    • The judges decision is final
    • No cash/other alternatives to the prize are offered.
    • I reserve the rights to alter any of the competition details between now and the closing date.
Enteries should be emailed to: [email protected]
Just send the image file - no zips please.

All we need is a picture. Oooo... Let me think. Where could I find a picture we could use as the base for this competition. Sorry Rick. GET DRAWING PEOPLE!

Lol, yeah, but the best part was when I thought we were out of booze, but you pulled that bottle out of the backpack that's next to you. :p :p

Yes, I'll either ship it or order it from a site within the winner's country and get it shipped to them that way.

LOL GoooOOooolly Jiz! (in my best Gomer Pyle)

And here I was actually fretting a little bit that mine might be taken as disrespectful, which was NOT intended LOL :o

Never mind NOW!

PS I like the almost subliminal pandering to the judge, very clever, you wise guy. Two can play THAT game, brahahahahaha!!

I suppose I should add that I hold rickj with the highest respect and I always have. I mean absolutely no disrespect. I even threw a Buddha in there just to even the playing field.

In light of all the religious controversy that we hold so dear :p when I thought of "altering" rickj's pic, that was the first thing that came to mind. Obviously, this is the last place that any of us would really expect rickj to end up :)

I hope you know that I mean that, rickj :D

    [EDIT] you, too LTheobald... lol[/EDIT]

Very clever Colbtech! Can you make me a cloak like that too? Actually I would settle for my flip cell phone to make that Startrek noise when I flip it open-- can you manage that please?
