Im trying to wrap my head around the smoking vs abortion argument your making. Lets do some side by side. Smoking - must be 18 years old or greater to purchase said product. Abortion - any age can get an abortion no parental consent needed. Smoking- Has been banned in the workplace in many states as well as bars and eateries.
