Smoothy - did you know that your own college transcript is sealed, so that "the media" can't get it? It's true (assuming you went to college, of course) - only YOU can authorize your transcript's release. It doesn't take any grand conspiracy theories to understand how this works. If O doesn't want it released, it won't be released, any more than yours would be released without your permission. Yes, I agree he should release them, but don't blame "the media" for O's decision to keep his transcript private.

If I ever ran for a high public office... or Supreme court. I would release it, because the pubic interest if I was to hold one of those jobs would demand it, and past precidence is essentually universal. Can anyone indicate a single president in the recent past who has refused to disclose this information? Lets keep it simple and limit it to say, the last 30 years.

Now the fact I have ZERO desire to be a politician, and I will never be nominated to the supreme court has nothing to do with my feelings on the issue. Had not the left been running around portraying him as the smarted president we ever had... while incessantly bashing Bush... well, I want to see some proof of the claims they themselves were making.

Remember the uproar from the left when Bush didn't release his in the time window THEY felt he should have... and how they ignored the Fact John Kerry didn't do the same. And like I did mention earlier, at least Kerry gets Kudus for releasing them, even if it wasn't until after the election.

Do you think if the next Republican candidate refuses to do it as well, do you think they will get the same treatment Obama got where they defended his decision to keep it secret. My money is on the bet they will be screaming bloody murder and coverup.
