Bringing the boys home didn't stop the terrorists, and talking isn't either.

Whack the jihadists where and when we can.. But after 20 years it is clear that we can't 'change hearts and minds ' in Afghanistan . Leaving Iraq when we did was a mistake .

Maybe leaving Afghanistan/Syria is a mistake as well, since we don't seem to be whacking terrorists tribesmen at a robust pace either.
