Yes ;it would be much better if an individual had the right to negotiate their own plan with any provider offering services . It would also be better if there weren't so many mandated coverages.

The owner of Zerocare said in Mexico that "the 85 to 90 percent of Americans who already have health insurance" are "already experiencing most of the benefits of the Affordable Care Act — even if they don’t know it.” Of course that's just another is a lie.

Its got to be better than the last two decade of rising costs of premiums and services. And throwing people out after they get sick, and refused treatment for serious illness.
