KP, it is nice to meet another GOPer who uses logic and the common sense given to them.

I am extremely tired of the political blame game that has reached new and disappointing heights. We have a two party system in this country that is broken.

Smoothy, I don't know what to say to you anymore. I wasn't talking about activists, liberal or conservative. I was talking about your personal position on abortions. It is evident we operate on two different wave lengths. Read my post #35. That is yet a third way I have expressed my desire to understand your personal position in this matter. This last post of yours just doesn't make sense to me as a response to mine. I am considering making myself a tinfoil hat to see if it might become clearer in my mind. Is it possible you created this thread just to get under Excon's skin as a result of the one he created? That I can understand. The rants, the hatred, the anger,. I just don't get it. Excon may reach what I consider some weird conclusions but he doesn't appear to be filled with rage toward any one the way you do at times.

Or, are you simply sidestepping me because you don't want to answer? That's cool. I am attempting to corner you into admitting you don't actually believe everything you are writing here and thus, you are inconsistent and a hypocrite. I understand your conflict.

I lean more towards the anti-abortion direction. I do believe it IS killing a human life, but I also believe there are certain people that should never be parents and abortion for them is better than what any kids they produce would be subjected to. However, I am against Anyone's tax dollars paying for it.

They didn't take sufficient precautions , they have to pay out of pocket to get it, their OWN pocket. Yeah accidents happen even when you are careful, but that's the price of admission if you want to play the game.


And I find it infuriating the same people that equate an abortion on par with killing a fly or stepping on a cockroach... yet in the same breath fight to give terrorists that were caught greater rights than our own people get.

You don't like it because that's what actually happens in an abortion. And the DNC Party Handbook prohibits using facts when pushing your agenda.


Personally I think Welfare recipients should undergo manditory sterilization before they are allowed to collect even one check... as well as drug addicts and sex offenders befopre they are released from jail because certain people shouldn't be allowed to procreate... and most of those happen to vote democrat. But that is part of no parties agenda.

Really... read your own words... you are aware that most of the USA isn't liberal, doesn't believe what your side pushes... and yet when they don't agree with the left... the left gets all uppity and starts the negativity and namecalling. Look at the Democrats portrayals of ANY female Republican Candidate as an example...


I'll give you two examples off the top of my head...


A prominent California Female Democrat publicly states illegals should be allowed to vote while IN OFFICE... no outrage.. its ignored.


Republican Female makes a comment when she was 16, DECADES ago...
And that's all you heard.


And there are so many examples they wouldn't fit in an encyclopedia much less a thread.


Another is the Knothead in the Whitehouse 2 years after he was elected still blaming someone else for his own problems. And Ignores the fact Democrats held the House majority for 4 years now... and it's the House that controls most spending.

I agree "there are certain people that should never be parents and abortion for them is better than what any kids they produce would be subjected to." That makes us both pro-abortion. A person who is anti-abortion doesn't believe there is any reason in the world for this procedure to be performed. There is no room for exceptions. You and I can say that we find it abhorrent and we feel it is taking a life but, we believe there are a couple of situations where we find abortion to be an acceptable solution. I am completely against abortions being used as a form of birth control. I am against any abortion after the first trimester unless the mother's life is in jeopardy and it is the course of action recommended by her doctors. Like you, I also don't want to pay for someone else to have one. However, at the end of the day, as a result of finding one or two scenarios acceptable reasons for a woman to undergo the procedure, I am pro-abortion. So are you.

By the way, I don't know anyone that places abortion on par with killing a fly or stepping on a cockroach. I am sure those people do exist but I believe they are very much in the minority. A person has to be emotionally disconnected/damaged in some way to have that point of view.

The constitution Doesn't give States the right to legalize illegal drugs. Or systematically deny your Second Amendment rights.

Funny how the Democrats argue they should have the right to smoke POT if their state allows it, and in the Same breath argue no state has any right to control illegals in their state or to inforece any existing law that is already on the books.


Funny how Liberals actually believe Illegals should have the right to vote... yet go out of their way to make sure the Militiary never gets their chance... as proven by the failure for a number of Liberal States to actually Mail ballots to service menters overseas... No real surprise when you consider Service members are statistically more likely to be conservative than liberal.
