No Tom Julia isn't a soccer mum, she is a lawyer and she accomplished what Sarah did not, she was elected to office and presided over a coup ousting a sitting Prime Minister so I would say she is way ahead on points. "Technically"? There's your right-wing educational system at work.

We learned how to use "Technically" under the Clinton Administration. When they determined a Hummer "technically" isn't sex and therefor something every married man would be allowed to do outside the home.
