I read a bunch of the reports from the compliant press and it appears the deep state's mouthpiece's biggest concern is the $$$$$$$$$$$ to Ukraine .

I'm beginning to think we did both ourselves and Ukraine a great disservice by giving them the impression they could prevail in this fight. They have shown no real capacity for being able to retake the lands they initially lost, and the damage to their country continues unabated. We can't solve everyone's problems.

And given the losses Russia suffered ,it would be fool hearty to think they can conquer all of Ukraine. In other words the territory that was in dispute has already been taken by Russia . All this could've been settled before the bombs fell.

But the US orchestrated the 2014 coup called the Maidan Revolution that led to the civil war in Ukraine that same year .
On top of that ;Russia has been alarmed at NATO expansion 2008 GW pressed NATO to admit Ukraine and Georgia into the alliance. The April 2008 NATO communique stated that year eventually the 2 nations would be admitted .
