The DOJ is investigating the Quid's possession of classified documents ;some of which have been confirmed as top secret . Some were found in the same home where Hunter Biden lives . He is also under Federal investigation.
How do they permit Quid's lawyers ;who have already been confirmed to not have clearance ,to do the search for the docs ?

Biden should get up every morning and thank God that his last name is not "Trump".
I can't emphasis enough how the use of his lawyers instead of DOJ officers turns this into a coverup attempt. This is Evita all over again .Using his lawyers allows him to claim attorney client privilege.
Chain of custody is critical in an investigation .That was broken when his lawyers started handling the docs.At Mar a Lago the FBI meticulously documented and photographed the docs and the surrounding areas . That is not happening .It is like improper handling of evidence at a crime scene. Who will be witnesses ? Quid's lawyers when they should also be under criminal investigation ?
They have been involved since the initial discovery in November . Timeline of discovery is November ;December 20; and January 11 . Were they searching all this time ? What else did they find ?

There was no steal in Trump's case . The National Archives knew they were there and was negotiating which docs Trump could keep. They and the FBI requested the docs be kept in a locked secured storage closet ,and Trump complied . In addition Secret Service was constantly present there.
The Quid docs have been stashed away since 2016 .That is 6 years with no accountability . The docs have been moved around a number of times . So there is a big difference between the 2 cases.
