First of all, you CLAIM those are his words, but considering your new career as a writer of fiction, then we can by no means be certain of that, especially considering that you provide no link to establish they are his words. But even then, there is no advancement of WS anywhere in that paragraph. The reference is clearly a claim, and likely a valid one, that the dems are leaving the southern border wide open in the hopes of allowing in millions of individuals who will someday gain the vote and see themselves as beholding to the dem party.
