Surprisingly like the dufus who deployed the guard during BLM protests last summer, but not against the white wing fringers he invited. We know in hindsight how that worked out.

    then there is this ...

Capitol Police rejected federal help to quell DC riots - Los Angeles Times (latimes.com)

The former chief of U.S. Capitol Police says security officials at the House and Senate rebuffed his early requests to call in the National Guard ahead of a demonstration....Sund contradicts claims made by officials after Wednesday's assault on Capitol Hill. Sund's superiors said previously that the National Guard and other additional security support could have been provided, but no one at the Capitol requested it.....Sund told the Post that House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving was concerned with the "optics" of declaring an emergency ahead of the protests and rejected a National Guard presence. He says Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Michael Stenger recommended that he informally request the Guard to be ready in case it was needed to maintain security...Sund says he requested assistance six times ahead of and during the attack on the Capitol. Each of those requests was denied or delayed, he says.Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser also wanted a light police presence at the Capitol. She reportedly wanted to avoid a similar scenario as last summer, when federal forces responded to demonstrators opposed to police abuses who assembled near the White House.

    In your link,

    Quote:

The failure raised serious questions over security at the Capitol and the treatment of mainly white Trump supporters who were allowed to roam through the building, compared with the Black and brown protesters across the country who demonstrated last year over police brutality.
Did a fear of the optics lead to failure as the crowd of protestors were being stoked by the administration? Most disturbing was the dufus seeing it on live TV and dithering instead of responding in a timely manner. I know what could the most powerful man in the world do when he saw them storm the capital in real time?

What did he do? Just asking.

What?? You mean a liberal dem mayor was completely unprepared for trouble??? What a shocker!

I suppose all the liberal dems who were calling for defunding the police are singing a different tune now.

That is a question you can ask of the Capitol Police ;the Sgt at Arms ;and the Mayor of DC. Imagine what would've happened if the President deployed the Guard to the Capitol against their wishes .

I know you blocked me but the official response was as follows.

Bowser to DOJ, Pentagon: DC isn't asking federal law enforcement to assist with protests (msn.com)

This indicates she was prepared for trouble.

That is what the investigation is about as well as the dufus response isn't it?

What investigation? Madam Mim was like the Red Queen .

“Now for the evidence,” said the King, “and then the sentence.”
“No!” said the Queen, “first the sentence, and then the evidence!”

You must remember that Trump called for "peaceful" and "patriotic" protests. What a instigator of riots he is!!

Lol. You used that line before and it's still inaccurate, as impeachment is a charge and evidence is submitted at the still to be determined senate trial. The sentence comes upon conviction if any, by that senate.

Maybe this trial will have live witness testimony unlike the previous one.

That's not all he called for as we all have seen.

What Trump Told Supporters Before Mob Stormed Capitol - The New York Times (nytimes.com)

Trump urged his supporters to ‘fight much harder’ against ‘bad people’ and ‘show strength’ at the Capitol.

The depth of wilful ignorance from so many people must be seen to be believed as in the above quote. Trump's behavior inciting the thugs to march on the Capitol is on video for the world to see. Those who deny it are promoting the "Big Lie" and contributing to the domestic terror now at large in the land. Calling themselves "Patriots" with their filthy flags, slogans, and murderous behavior muddies what should be an honorable word.

    Yeah. Somewhere.

This is what seems to be the "smoking gun" for the liberal dems. There is not a peep anywhere in it about violence. He said nothing that dems have not said a thousand times.

“Republicans are constantly fighting like a boxer with his hands tied behind his back. It’s like a boxer. And we want to be so nice. We want to be so respectful of everybody, including bad people. And we’re going to have to fight much harder. …

“We’re going to walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women, and we’re probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them, because you’ll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, and you have to be strong.”

Let's not forget the dufus's public urging for VP Pence to do the right thing by NOT certifying the election results which Pence refused as unlawful. That didn't stop the PUBLIC urging though and communication to his mobsters.

Trump: If Pence 'does the right thing, we win' (yahoo.com)

And of course the recorded call to the Georgia governor to find him votes, is being scrutinized for criminal behavior.

All this drama mayhem and chaos over false wild and unproven claims and lies fed to the mob about a rigged election? Fringers and true dufus believers still defend this liar?

UNBELIVABLE, except we are seeing it before our eyes.

BLM riots cost between 1 and 2 billions dollars and resulted in over 2,000 officers injured and about 30 people killed. The Capitol riot resulted in about 50 injured officers and 5 deaths. I wonder who Ms. Pelosi has tried to hold accountable for those BLM riots?

Needless to say Biden will get rid of the dufus alligators and replace them with more competent ones to do a much better job.
