WG, that would work fine. I think that's how it typically works for absentee ballots, or at least something similar to it. That is not, as I understand it, what is being discussed for the future. They would simply mail out ballots en masse, and hope for the best. No requests and no way of verification. Reports like these are not encouraging. "And
