The working poor (as tal mentioned) pay taxes. I was a "working poor" for years as was my father before me. We paid taxes -- sales taxes, state and federal income taxes, property taxes, and whatever other taxes were required.

Do I really have to remind you of other parts of America that have gone through the same thing?

Well maybe you do Tal, because the folks in Puerto Rico maybe think two hurricanes is one more than most of you experienced, and they don't have the local resources to deal with it, they couldn't evacuate and they don't have the benefit of their neighbour states helping out. Why don't you remind them, like Trump did, that they are lazy ingrates?

Trump travels to PR today and has the opportunity to tell the lazy ingrates to their face what he thinks of them. Maybe he can show them how to clear the roads and deliver food and fuel, and bring a few SAT phones so they can talk to each other.

Maybe, that's a big maybe, but don't worry he is going to tell them what really lovely people they are

You don't "pay taxes" when you get most or even MORE back than you paid in after filing your returns. And since most of the major Freebies are Federal... they didn't pay a dime towards them.

And funny how after graduating College a one bedroom apartment cost almost as much as I cleared before any other expenses (food, student loan payment, etc), and barely got by with 2 other roommates in a 3br apartment those first few years, yet even with a CPA doing my taxes... never once did I get back even most or heaven forbid even MORE than I paid in. Guess that's that "White Privilege" we hear so much about.

You already know the answer to that . The same group that left evacuation busses parked in the low lying areas of New Orleans during Katrina .

Well the buffoon went to PR and handed out rolls of towel paper, praised the praisers, and informed them that they are blowing a BIG hole in the budget.

Next stop, Las Vegas who just broke the record for the biggest mass killings in our history. More hope and prayers, and on to the next headline.

And concluded with, "Have a good time!"

Why oh why didn't he also toss out DVDs of "West Side Story"?

Yes he is really sympathetic to the cause, $50 million blows a really big hole in the budget, is that the budget for his golf tours?

Trump did no more than anyone could expect, he told the locals to drive trucks, like it is a skill you can get overnight, well, really you can with a really good instructor, wonder how many of those aren't driving trucks.

The gun problem isn't because of gun availability after all a deranged idiot only needed 23, and so the problem is the supply of deranged idiots, or so Trump thinks , but then he should know, being the Deranged Idiot in Chief
