There is a point where climbing walls or fences becomes very difficult, that is why they are built but putting it in the river makes it more difficult to tunnel. I saw a 50 acre housing project shot dead because of the presence of spotted newts .I saw a gas fired electric plant shot down over the presence of timber rattlers . 3,000 miles of wall will find 30,000 environmental ,and other issues that will prevent it's completion. What you're surprised that Herr Donald has opposition to his plans? Who knew it wouldn't be as easy as he said it would? He will have to do more than just run his mouth and round up Mexicans. You know the dems are going to try and make him a one term president, and take his majority from him next year.
