It's comical the Dudd ;who was asleep at the wheel and largely responsible for the mortgage crisis (as well as being a shady character himself in getting sweet-heart deals from Countrywide ) is writing the template for reform. I wonder how friends of Dodd will fair ?
Edit . A bit of history... John McCain co-sponsored reform legislation in 2006 to increase control over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that could have prevented this crisis .It was Chris Dodd who killed this legislation .
