In the first place, you should know that I don't carry water for anyone. I'm NOT a supporter of Obama because he's deeeeep in experience. I support him because I support McCain LESS.

You are misunderstanding me, Excon. I'm not saying that because Obama is inexperienced, it was OK to nominate Palin who is also inexperienced.

I'm saying that Obama is inexperienced, and Palin, who is young and still has more to learn, is still more experienced than he is. And she's only co-piloting for McCain, who is a highly trained, accomplished and tested pilot.

And I'm not a McCain supporter because I like Palin. I happen to like Palin, but I'm a McCain supporter because Obama is scary on the issues. He's terrible for national security, terrible for US/Israel relations, terrible for taxes, terrible for border security, and terrible for Supreme Court judicial nominations. And so I support McCain because he's less terrible than Obama.

I don't know, ex, I've flown on an airplane with a 65 year old pilot with me as the "co-pilot" before, why should I fear an experienced, energetic 72 year old with a successful young co-pilot running the White House over an inexperienced, self-absorbed, ultra liberal, smoke and mirrors pilot with an old co-pilot suffering from foot-in-mouth disease that takes the train?

The Constitution sets out the qualifications for the President in Article 2, Section 1:

    35 years old or older
    Must be a native-born U.S. citizen
Must have lived in the United States for fourteen years

Was Obama born in the U.S. Do we know that for certain?

I believe Obama was born here, but grew up in Africa and then moved back to the US.

He has produced what appears to be a valid birth cert .
There are plenty reasons to vote against Obama. Unless someone can provide solid evidence that his birth cert is a forgery then I have to assume it is real .
