    Hello Skygem,

I'm not much of a yes-man either. For the highest office in the land, I like to know about issues as well as character of a candidate, and don't jump on the bandwagon just because others are doing it. I like to keep an open mind and not form an opinion based on another candidates record, or a candidates gender or race. I also like to hear opinions that do not reflect my own.

    Hi purplewings,

Good to hear from you! It is quite admirable to read of your stance in these matters. It is good to hear other opinions but I only wish others had the same belief system! Btw, there is a member who has posted many if not all of the major issues surrounding Obama in a neat little square column. You will find it in another thread. That is actually a good service as it saves many both time and effort to look through pages to find such news articles about Obama. But by the tone of this individual (Pro-Obama) by the way, you'd think differently. Anyway, it is good to know that not everyone jumps on the bandwagon based upon which direction the wind is blowing and who is blowing along with it! Some like to turn on me rather than face the issues surrounding a story about Obama. Again, that is a distraction to avoid the pain of confronting their candidate's doings or way of answering the tough questions which many times he can't. As a wise person said, 'Stay tuned for further mysteries!'

Pssst... Do you need to be reminded concerning your candidate, Hillary "flip-flopper" Clinton, and her initial stance on the Iraqi War?? And BTW when is she going to answer the media's question on the last time she went to church or fired a gun??
