The right wing sees everything as an opportunity to get what they want, smaller government, weaker government, and a bunch of poor people without jobs or resources. They think it makes their piece of the pie bigger, and better.
Then the US government has never been able to pay its bills, because raising the debt ceiling has always been around decades anyway. Why is it bad now? Because the right wing said so. And it's a perfect opportunity to hold the whole country hostage AGAIN, and extort more tribute to there corporate masters, (nice rhetoric, hehehe!), to keep resources and wealth in the deserving hands of rich fat cats, and doled out as they see fit.Quote:
