That elephant is you are arguing a negative, all the things Jesus did not say were not written down.
No one has asked what Jesus did NOT say. I asked if there was a comment in the Gospels by Jesus where He DOES SAY there will be no day of judgment. It is not arguing a negative. For instance, "21 For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again." So rather clearly Jesus made statements to the effect that something would NOT happen.

OR this. "But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son." A clear statement where He does say that something does not exist.

You have missed it altogether. Like I said, don't worry about it. There are some things in life you have to be prepared to think about in order to catch on.

The Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Governing Board at the University of Connecticut (UConn ) has condemned its student president, Mike Hernández, because he is supporting campus legislation that would protect free speech rights of students at UConn .

USG Governing Board votes no confidence for student body president | The Daily Campus

The bill, which was introduced by sixth semester junior political science and economics double major Isadore Johnson, aims to protect students and their right to freely express their opinions within student government and also at UConn as a whole. Opponents of the bill, however, have argued the legislation gives students a free pass to express casual racism, homophobia and misogyny without consequence, and have expressed concern over Hernández’s support of the bill.

Hernández offense was a single comment he made privately to another student that opined that affirmative action legislation as well as rules forbidding anyone from saying anything "offensive "about minorities is equivalent “to treating minorities like children.”

The board voted 8-1 to condemn Hernández .

Connecticut is the 'Constitution State ' . However It appears that a large percentage of the students at UConn, maybe a majority do not believe in free speech and the First Amendment guarantees .

For today, we have the story of CBS taking some talk show off the air for a couple of days. The offense? The host had the temerity to voice her support of Piers Morgan, the man who has refused to believe the story put forward by Meaghan Markle.

    Quote:

"The CBS talk show canceled its episodes on Monday, March 15, and Tuesday, March 16, according to Deadline, to probe further into the heated conversation that occurred last week when co-host Sharon Osbourne defended her friend Piers Morgan after he slammed Meghan Markle for her tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey."We are committed to a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace," CBS said in a previous statement to Fox News. "All matters related to the Wednesday episode of 'The Talk' are currently under internal review."
This statement in particular is absolutely hilarious. "We are committed to a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace." Well, a diverse workplace so long as said diversity toes the party line. "You can have diverse opinions. Just make sure you agree with us!" Evidently CBS cannot see the irony in suspending a talk show for stating an opinion that strays from their own, and then justifying that action of the basis of supporting diversity.

One thing about PM. He will not issue the obligatory apology and then kiss up to the party line. I frequently don't agree with him, but he is his own man.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Twitter: "After two accounts of sexual assault, four accounts of harassment, the Attorney General’s investigation finding the Governor’s admin hid nursing home data from the legislature & public, we agree with the 55+ members of the New York State legislature that the Governor must resign. https://t.co/jV5dwtuVPr" / Twitter

Still waiting for the three libs on this site to call for Cuomo to resign. Aren't they the ones who were so outraged by the Kavanaugh situation and wrote about it constantly?

On the issue of sexual assault, it's amazing how liberals cannot see the connection between celebrating a song like WAP, which was performed live on the Grammys last night, and the problems we are experiencing with sexual assault. You can't treat women like sex objects one night and then act surprised when some men take that seriously the next night.

The lyics include this. I cleaned them up, but just use your imagination.

    Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, you f'in' with some wet arse posse
Bring a bucket and a mop for this wet posse
Give me everything you got for this wet posse

The woke culture is a derivative of Maoism subbing words like race with class ;white for bourgeois ; since 1619 for thousands of years etc you get the cancel culture in a nutshell.
This is direct quotes from Mao's Feb 27,1957 address
ON THE CORRECT HANDLING OF CONTRADICTIONS AMONG THE PEOPLE (marxists.org)
"The proletarian cultural revolution is aimed not only at demolishing all the old ideology and culture and all the old customs and habits, which, fostered by the exploiting classes, have poisoned the minds of the people for thousands of years, but also at creating and fostering among the masses an entirely new ideology and culture and entirely new customs and habits — those of the proletariat. This great task of transforming customs and habits is without any precedent in human history. As for all the heritage, customs and habits of the feudal and bourgeois classes, the proletarian world outlook must be used to subject them to thoroughgoing criticism. It takes time to clear away the evil habits of the old society from among the people. Nevertheless, our experience since liberation proves that the transformation of customs and habits can be accelerated if the masses are fully mobilized, the mass line is implemented and the transformation is made into a genuine mass movement."

“What should our policy be towards non-Marxist ideas? As far as unmistakable counterrevolutionaries and saboteurs of the socialist cause are concerned, the matter is easy, we simply deprive them of their freedom of speech.”
