Hacking a coinbox in a pay phone isn't hacking the Infrastructure... if you knew anything about how this stuff is set up Teddy Rottencrotch isn't going to be able to log into much of anything from his bedroom even if he did have the login info and passwords... or even understood the cryptic command languages needed, and there are many.

That's not what I implied. I am saying there were other people out there than knew about this... and how many of the votors KNEW about the obscene paychecks... wasn't that stuff, public record under the law.

I know in the town where I live... we get an annual report of all that stuff as a homeowner and resident.
