I answered this once but I will try again, I did not say I was against anything but noone needs more legislation, everywhere you go we are buried under it, what is needed is enforcement of the laws that exist. If they are found faulty they can be modified but the idea is we just add more and more words, making it harder to get the job done, It is called obstruction by administration.
