The Douglas County Sheriff also announced they won't be cooperating with A&E going forward. Guess they'll have to find some other rubes to try and mock.

Um, they put Duck Dynasty merchandise BACK in their stores. Some businesses get that you don't pi$$ off your customers. Others not so much, like A&E.

They will probably come to some accommodation between them. This may just be free publicity in the long run as the next season has already been filmed and scheduled. That gives everybody a about a year for the public emotional dust to settle and the two sides figure out what they do going forward.

The rest is media hype, and the initial knee jerk reaction is irrelevant.

As predicted, A&E caved - after trying to cash in on DD over Christmas.
