The deviding line would be for laws regarding "legal" gun ownership. As most stand you can not be convicted of a felony nor be convicted of violent crime or domestic abuse. Aside from those (True)

The poor would be those people who the right wing referred to, when it made its revelation that 40% of the people DON'T pay taxes. That wasn't too long ago.

Truth be told. Im for the "fair" tax myself. It would be nice to abolish the entire IRS and start new.

Just maybe it's a way to understand where everyone is on the subjects to get a better understanding. Saying your conservative doesn't mean you agree with everything out there. The question was left openended.

(1) Repeal health care, repeal the current scam that has forced laws like taxing tanning booths and has already caused health care costs to go up 25 to 50 percent. Under the current laws going into effect most people will no longer have insurance in a few years since they can't afford it. There is nothing in the new law making it affordable, just taxing and requiring coverage.

(2) Privatize Social Security, since the government has spent all the money, there is no money to move over to make it private. Had a private company done what the government did, their CEO would be in jail. And people are forced to pay in, with no written contract that they will ever be paid back this money or that they will even get any retirement plan. If I started taking peoples money, and said well maybe, if I have not spent all the money and went broke I will pay you when you retire at a certain age ( but I can change that age anytime I want) would anyone be stupid enough to invest with me?

(3) Turn Medicare over the insurance companies, there are already medicare advantage plans, for the same money Medicare takes, they provide more and better services, So it has already worked

(4) End unemployment insurance compensation, no, just make sure there are ways to pay for it

(5) Tax the poor , fair tax, taxes everyone on things they buy, the real poor will have credits toward the basis of life

(6) Bomb Iran, Level several cities there like we did Japan in WWII, and do it again and again, till they give up, we either need to fight a war, or decide to surrender

(7) Overturn Roe v Wade, Even Roe, wants it overturned, The supreme court never should have ruled on it, this was and still should be a state rights issue, But allowing controlled murder is also not constitutional, ( right to life and liberty) the baby has lost its rights

(8) Deregulate Wall Street, depends on what regulations

(9) Overturn Brown v Board of Education,

(10) Overturn Giddeon v Wainwright

(11) Overturn Miranda, don't really have to, it has been weakened and weakened over the years. If anything it needs to be addressed.
But it also does not need to apply to war zones and our enemy in battle

(12) Repeal the Civil Rights Act.. no but not use it to give special and additional rights to minorities. Equal, not special

(13) Repeal ALL gun laws. some law abiding citizens have a constitutional right to own guns, states and cities can not or should not be allowed to stop them from exercising constitutional rights
