Ok so my friend was vop on his misdemeanor charge. His original charge was possession under 20 grams. He got sentenced to one year probation. His first piss test was dirty of course and he's been in it for 6 months. He recently peed dirty again and they arrested him. He's been in there for about 15 days and his next court date is a month away which he would be in there for 44 days. What are the possibilities of punishment I know its mainly up to the judge but just looking for some answers. While on probation he paid all fines and did all c.s. He even was taking drug classes on his own not court ordered. What is the max. penalty and min. and everything in between. Someone please help. Oh yea I know he should stop smoking and straighten up which I've had talks with him and this scared him straight. Thank you in advance

Minimum - he stays on probation; maximum he gets sentenced to serve whatever the sentence is in your State.

With all respect - if probation, one dirty test, another arrest and drug classes didn't stop him, I doubt you scared him straight.

Hopefully you are right and he's straight. Only time will tell and maybe this was a lesson he'll never forget.
