    When asked the question on job application were you convicted of a felony in the past seven years can you answer no if you were convicted 12 years ago

    Yes, they asked about the last 7 years. If it was 1 second over 7 years I would leave it out.

    You can answer no to that. I know when I was in a position to hire/fire, that question was asked on the applications and my agency's background checks only went back seven years for felony records. Good luck to you.

    On all truck drivers applications ask about felony so my charge happen in 1993 so they accept after 10 years, so I can answer no to that question??
