Probation violation - question for excon
    This question is for excon,

Will the probation officer tell me if my diluted test was dirty or just let me think that a dilute came back as diluted and let me go to court and get arrested for that.

If it was dirty would he not just arrest me right there? The fact I drank six days prior to testing made me think I could be clean so I did not admit to drinking; however I did dilute my test.

Your PO doesn't have arrest powers.

And I'm not excon, but I do know the answer.

Diluting the test is a violation - I'm sure you know that. You don't have to test dirty; you can also be violated for diluting.

    Thank you lady,

However my girlfriend was arrested at the po office the other day because they thought she had been drinking.

The PO does not have the power to arrest. The PO can call the Police or someone who does have the power to arrest - at least in my State.

    Probation
Will a probation officer tell you if you have a dirty test or just tell you you have a
    Diluted test; which is the same;

But if its dirty then you need to tell them the truth if its clean then you can get by on just the dilute; too much water no food; etc. anyone with experience with this?
He just told me it was diluted. Nothing else. It could still be tested for the substance.

dilluted means you were trying to cheat the test... which they are smart enough to know.

Its almost as bad as being caught red handed. Akin to being caught HOLDING a stolen candy bar, and being caught with chocolate on your face, swallowing and having an empty wrapper in your hand.

You will raise their attention, likely get more random tests with less notice.

Dilluted and dirty are not the same thing, they are both failures but a dilluted means you were trying ( perhaps) to cheat the system, Normally a diluted will be treated worst since they will assume not only you where using and would have failed but then tried to cheat.

All of your questions are about drug use and passing drug tests.

Here's a novel idea. Why not go to rehab for your drug use and stop using? Do that and you won't have to worry about drug tests. You're on probation for a reason. Keep using and it's just a matter of time until you end up in jail.

How many times to you plan to post a question on this topic? Site rules one thread per topic.

Not likely for that... but I did report the thread so they can merge it. Multiple threads cause confusion. You will get better answers if everything on a specific topic you have are on a single thread.

    Been to court
I went to court today? I was so nervious the girl I was going to court with (supposedly my friend) said here take this, this will calm you down. I was not thinking. Afterwards I felt funny, flushed turned red, green tongue.

I asked the girl what she gave me, she said it was something called librium,
    3 mg.

What is a benzo? Believe it or not I accidentally took something called librium. How long will it stay in your system? 3 days, a week.

You certainly live a precarious existence.

Librium (Chlordiazepoxide) is a very slow acting drug with a long half-life and metabolites may remain in your system for weeks (See RxList) and alcohol significantly slows elimination.

Yes, this is a nightmare that I continually live in. I would like to wring her neck for not telling me what this was.

Any chance that the one pill I took will not show up in a drug test, in four days?

I have never taken this before. By the way, I am going to be totally honest because I am an honest person and I had no idea of what this was.

A very naïve person. Someone who is blind and also stupid.

What is the half life for this drug?

In the link DrBill gave you it says this, "It takes several hours for peak blood levels to be reached and the half-life of the drug [Librium] is between 24 and 48 hours."

    Probation violation
    Probation violation question,

I am in a dui court program,

Went to court, so nervous about going to jail for a day on an unrelated issue. I was in the elevator with a girl in my program and was offered what I thought was an alieve. I took it, she did not tell me till afterward it was a prescription pill that she was not supposed to be taking.

Now I believe I have given my first dirty test to my po, so I told him the truth I had taken a pill given to me by a girl in the program, I thought it was for a headache. He said that he is going to recommend to the judge I do three days without sober living.

He said he appreciated my honesty. Does he have to violate my probation as well, or can he just wait till I see the judge and then have my court sanction take place? We go to court every two weeks. Does anyone have experience with this type of stupidity.

He makes recommendations. The Judge decides. No, I work in the legal system and I have no experience at all with people taking medication offered by a stranger in an elevator and then testing dirty.

No, instead of that let's keep explaining how to "beat" the various tests, how close to the deadline the OP can drink and drug.

I'm all for that... all these people should be subject to round the clock random calls telling them you have 2 hours to get your butt to the test center... no more 3 and 4 day advance notice. Put them all back in jail for violating whatever order they violated.

If you're in the workplace you are subject to testing any time. I don't know why probation schedules testing.

When I worked for the Feds and was on the road, that's how it worked. I had 2 hours to get to the nearest testing facility.
