    Ga has their own laws... I feel like Ga is only a one sided law... this is why I've made the decision to leave GA. I'm going to talk to someone about my situation so I can leave GA ASAP... this time it's serious because my situation will not change it's only going to get worst.

    Let me see, I have been in GA 20 plus years, have testified in 100s if not 1000 or more cases, most misdemeanors and we have never had anything but the DA office and prosecutors doing the cases. Every state in the US has its own laws that is correct and in some terms for offices very, So the county in GA you live in, may have its own terms for the office, but all of the prosecutors will work out of the same office. In a few and it is a very few, some misdemeanor cases are heard in probate or county or even city courts where they may use other terms, but all cases heard in state court, if it is felony or misdemeanor are all done at DA office.
