Thank you. My husband is a sex offender and all he did was mess with a girl at a party he did not know her age everyone thought she was over age. He didn't even sleep with her and still got labeled. He is a great guy. The sex offender label is used way too much. These laws need to be reformed. I think if you hurt little kids or rape or molest then u should have the label but they ruin so many guys lives that just made a simple mistake most every other guy has made just they haven't gotten caught. This girl got 5 other guys in trouble for the same thing and tried to get money out of them. Now this label has ruined my husbands life he was young when it happened but is stuck with it. Not all of them are terrible and evil

I see no reason to be rude about this seems how you dont know what your talking about.

Let's see, your husband was 30, he had sex with a girl who was 13, what do I think about that? I think he's a sexual predator. I have no need to look anything up. It doesn't matter what I think. It matters what the Judge thinks.

I don't think anything about it. I wasn't married to him. You were. What do you think?

Actually yes urination in public can get you on the sex registery in several states, This has been a discussed issue on the internet over the years. Normally it is when they are in a park ( where kids are) or on the public street so it does happen, but often if it a call where it was done to a point of being or exposing thierself to others.

Next I have deleted a lot of posts, we degressed, this is not a social board, but a legal board.
