What are the terms of your probation and that of the other person? Sometimes you are not allowed to be in the company of other people with a criminal history and/or on probation of you violate.

Usually felony probation prohibits you from being with another felony probationer in the same household. Or a felony probationer cannot live with a convicted felon while on probation. After probation is completed the convicted felon can live with another convicted felon. A friend of mine was a felon on probation and she was violated for living with a convicted felon. He had to move out of her house even though he lived there for 10 years with her until she was off probation.
